What makes Overflow Charity Event so popular?
How big can your team think?
Teams will come together to brainstorm and think of creative ways in which they can fill a trailer as quickly as possible with lots of fantastic goods. They will beg, scour, ask and find creative ways to fill their trailer? Size does matter on this program as everyone attempts to fill their trailer as high as they can to be the ‘Overflow’ champions.
Each team starts with their very own empty trailer (or boxes) and its waiting for them to fill it as high as possible to the point of Overflow with goods to send to a worthy charity. Charities are nominated in advance and each team is given a letter of authorisation from their assigned charity which gives them permission to collect goods on their behalf. At the end of the program, the trailers are measured and the team that has filled their trailer the most, wins!
All the goods are then collected and donated to the relevant charities, leaving everyone with a great feeling they have made a difference in someone world.
This is a great activity that requires lateral thinking, communication, team work, creativity, decision making and a competitive spirit.

Q: WHAT'S THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TIME REQUIRED?
The minimum duration is 1.5 hours and maximum duration is 3 hours (depending on the size of the group).

The minimum group size is 12 and the maximum group size is up to 200

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We will try to be as flexible with any changes you may have prior to your event. If you need to cancel your event and it is more than 14 days from the scheduled date and you choose not to reschedule it, we reserve the right to retain 25% of the total fixed price amount or
If you choose to cancel your event and it is less than 14 days from the scheduled event and you choose not to reschedule it we reserve the right to retain 60% of the total fixed price amount or
If you choose to cancel the event on the day for any reason including weather, we reserve the right to retain 100% of the total fixed price amount.
If at any stage you choose to reschedule your event, then we reserve the right to charge a re-booking fee of 20% of the total fixed price amount or $300.00 whichever is the greater.
