How to Play

  • Think of your favourite venue (pub/club/hotel/tavern) you want to represent during the competition. You may not always go there, but to play you must nominate a venue to represent
  • Complete the “I’m In Token”
  • Win as many tokens as you can prior to the competition ending

Terms & Conditions of Competition

  • To enter the competition you must complete the “I’m In” token
  • Your Competition name must be in the format of <Venue Name – Player/Team Name”. ie: Stanley Hotel – Zoom Zoom. The venue name must be a valid venue that can be veryified using Google or Facebook
  • The aim of the competition is to win tokens that are worth various points
  • You cannot transfer points or tokens earnt from one Competition Name to another
  • The top 15 teams/people on the competition leaderboard will win the prize as determined by their position
  • The competition will end at 11:00am AEST on the 1st June 2020 with the winners announced via the FaceBook “Online Venue Entertainment” group at 7:00pm AEST
  • Only residents of Australia can participate in the competition

Token Descriptions

  • “I’m In” Token = 10 points
    To win this token; 1) Like the Time Out Entertainment page 2) Join the Online Venue Entertainment Group and 3) Send us a private Facebook message at Time Out Entertainment (not Online Venue Entertainment group) along with your competition name which will be in the format of “Venue Name – Team/Player name” that you will be using during the competition and don’t forget to mention the person’s “Competition Name” who invited you to join (if someone nominated you as part of the Share the Love token) to win this token.
  • “Share the Love” Token = 10 points
    This token was released on 12/5/2020 and is valid until midnight 15/5/2020. To win this token, Share the LOVE by inviting as many friends to complete the “I’m In” token and mentioning your “Competition name”. You can only earn this token for new players that complete the “I’m In Token”. If the invited player is already registered in the competition then you cannot win the Share the Love token for that player. If your competition name is not mentioned when your friends complete the “I’m In” token then you also won’t win the Share the Love token for that player. There is no limit to the amount of “Share the Love” tokens you can win between the validity dates.
  • Game Play” Token = 20 points
    Each time you play the QuizXpress Trivia, Infusion Game Show or Music Bingo you win this token but you must use your correct Competition name you told us about when you completed the “I’m In” Token.
  • “Varingo Winner” Token = 20 points
    Each time you are the winner of a Varingo round ie: Music Bingo, Picture Bingo, Movie Bingo, Trivia Bingo and you have registered to play the game with your correct Competition name you will win this token.
  • “Mystery” Token = 30 points
    Keep an eye out for when this token is released and correctly answer the Mystery question or solve the puzzle to win this token.
  • “Majority Rules” Token = 40 points
    If your team is in the majority of the 1st Majority Rules question when each time Infusion Game Show is played you win this token.
  • “Instafamous” Token = 50 points
    1) Follow Us on Instagram and 2) Be one of the first 15 teams to complete the task the “Instafamous” task as mentioned by the host on the LIVE Broadcast and 3) Post to Instagram and tag @Timeoutentertainment & mention your Competition name. Complete all 3 tasks and win the token.
  • “Shout-Out” token = 100 points
    Keep an eye out on the day this token is released and if you can get your nominated venue (which is part of your competition name) to send Time Out Entertainment a Facebook private message “Shout Out to <Competition name> ie: “Shout to Stanley Hotel – The Wizards” will win this token. This token can only be won once.

At the end of the competitoin, the following prizes will be allocated to each Player/Team based on their final position on the Leaderboard.

Adventure Package for 3 people # Value Up to $350 – Package includes 1 x 60 minute Segway Tour, 1 x Laser Clay Target Shooting Session and 1 x Archery Session for 2 people. Activity Locations: Benowa – Gold Coast and Yarra Valley – Victoria (Can be gifted or used when next on holidays). Voucher cannot be used on Sundays or Public Holidays. Voucher valid for 6 months

$125 Birthday Package Voucher – Receive $125 credit off the following Birthday party packages – Segway Fun Rides, Laser Clay Target Shooting, Archery or Bumper Balls (4 balls). Activity location varies depending on activity chosen. Check with Time Out before placing booking. Voucher valid for 6 months

$200, $100, $60 $50, $20, $10 and $5 dollar Venue Vouchers – The winner of the voucher will be provided with a venue voucher up to the dollar value of the prize. The voucher can only be used at the venue as nominated by the player/team they were representing throughout the competition and be used towards any product or service the venue sells subject to their terms & conditions. Voucher valid for 12 months

$150 $75 & $30 Time Out Adventures Activity Voucher – The voucher can be used towards any Time Out Adventures activity at the following locations; Gold Coast – QLD, Coffs Harbour – NSW, Sydney Olympic Park – NSW and the Yarra Valley – Victoria. Voucher cannot be used on Sundays or Public Holidays. Voucher valid for 12 months

$40 & $25 Movies Gift Card – An Events eGift Card to the value of $40or $25 dollars subject to the terms and conditions of Events Cinemas Gift Card.
