Interviews and Training with Timeout


We normally have 3 steps to our interview process before being selected for one of our roles;

  • Phone interview – We will contact you to discuss the role and find out a little bit about you to assess your suitability to the role and organisation
  • Face to Face interview – One of our managers or directors will interview you face to face so we can further assess your suitability to the role
  • Follow-up Phone Interview – This will occur if one of the business partners would like to discuss with you the role in more detail.


Once you have been selected for a role, Time Out will provide full training and one uniform to get your started.

Training can occur over a number of weeks to ensure you are proficient in being able to function in the role you have been appointed to.
