What makes Race for a Cause – Charity Event so popular?
If you’re looking for a legacy program that will make a lasting difference in your teams then look no further!
Teams start by nominating the charity that they will be racing for and following this they will receive a race brief where they will learn how much money will be donated to their chosen charity should they finish in the medals. The teams will then set-off focussed, determined and inspired to complete as many tasks and missions as possible in the allotted time so that they may amass the most points which will give them victory, victory not only for themselves but also for their chosen charity.
Throughout the program teams will;
- find landmarks
- solve clues
- undertake random acts of kindness
- complete fun photo and video based missions and
- just like the Amazing Race teams will also be required to complete one or more roadblocks or detours which will allow them to earn massive points.
Teams need to plan and strategies and then execute which tasks or missions they believe will result in them earning the most points because finishing first across the line is no guarantee of success!
Creating lasting legacies and strong team bonds
The event culminates in teams meeting at the final checkpoint, where points are tallied and the winning teams announced and celebrations are had. The teams that placed will then have an opportunity to share amongst the group the reasons why they chose their charity further enhancing the experience of the group and helping to create a lasting legacy for the team.

Q: WHAT IS THE MINIMUM & MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE?
We suggest a minimum of 10 people for this program which allows up to 3 teams to participate. The maximum group size can be anwhere from 200 or more people if you like with team sizes of 7-9 people.
Q: DOES THIS PROGRAM ONLY WORK IN THE CITIES?
No, we can create a tailored program for any location for an additional fee.
Q: I ONLY HAVE AN HOUR?
That's Ok, we can tailor the program from as little as 1 hour up to 3 hours if you like.
Q: WHO NOMINATES WHICH CHARITIES THE DONATION IS MADE TOO?
This is up to you. You can either allow the teams to pick their own charities that they will be racing for or you can pick the charity or we can recommend one of our partner charities.

We can tailor any of our programs to suit your requirements, outcomes and of course budget. Please don't hesitate to contact us for a fixed price quote.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We will try to be as flexible with any changes you may have prior to your event. If you need to cancel your event and it is more than 14 days from the scheduled date and you choose not to reschedule it, we reserve the right to retain 25% of the total fixed price amount or
If you choose to cancel your event and it is less than 14 days from the scheduled event and you choose not to reschedule it we reserve the right to retain 60% of the total fixed price amount or
If you choose to cancel the event on the day for any reason including weather, we reserve the right to retain 100% of the total fixed price amount.
If at any stage you choose to reschedule your event, then we reserve the right to charge a re-booking fee of 20% of the total fixed price amount or $300.00 whichever is the greater.
